      Lots of responsibility given, fast paced, opportunity to connect with international teams, very cool technologies.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic for some decisions. High expectations of everyone, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

      nice and friendly environment. fairly good life work balance

      Cons

      no stock, no bonus. all you have it's your base salary and that is not even competetive.
