Pros

Thinking really hard - Nothing comes to mind.. Tried really hard.... Got one : Pros at making mistakes and wasting money, time and energy....................

Cons

The space provided is not enough. However, will try one by one Founders - False promises. Rather than calling them founders of a great company, i Prefer calling them "Founders of ---------" HR - I hope they know what the acronym means. More like a personal assistant to the management with exceptional skills in performing a bad job. No one can beat them at it. VPs - A bunch of exceptional leaders sitting in meetings and discussing important agenda. Outcome - Guess what??? NOTHING... The cycle continues to an another day.. Directors - Every second person is a director . This explains a lot. Nobody in the company knows how its working. I hope the founders at least know, which i am sure they don't...............

Pros

Great co-workers, management is more and more engaged with common folk. Fast paced.

Cons

A little chaotic at times, certain roles are very under paid.

Pros

Good place to work if you are between REAL jobs! - Dress Code: wear jeans everyday (and other attire not appropriate for the workplace) - Paycheck: received a paycheck for my work - Co-Workers: great co-workers (don't mistake, Senior Management is not included in this) - Location - I didn't mind the location. It's off the beaten path - close to the owners mansion (let's not inconvenience him although he rarely comes to the office) - Job Security - there is a guy who was out over 60 days last year (no FMLA or disability) and he is still employed.

Cons

- Happy Hour: I'm all for a good Happy Hour, but beer in the office is not appropriate. This is not a frat house..... - Dress Code: people wear leggings to work who should not be wearing leggings - Good Ol' Boys Club: yes, you must be in the 'club' to be promoted. And, it helps if you are a friend, college roommate, Church buddy, or relative. - Management Oversight: the fox is watching the hen house. There are a few who do not log their vacation, sick time, or general time away from work and NO ONE does anything about it. - Technology: The '90's called, they want their excel sheets back. They throw good money after bad and still the technology stinks.
