      Benefits are excellent. For example, the company covers 100% health insurance costs. Also, you're an owner of the company so you accumulate company stock throughout your career. Hourly employees get PTO.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes, especially in the summer.

      Great people, benefits, culture, and pay

      Cons

      Long hours at times, but you get overtime as an intern, so it was very nice on that end. Would be different as a salary position, so keep that in mind if you do a full time offer after school
