Pros

Flexible work from home schedule, easy to communicate with team (even remotely),

Cons

Leadership team lacks transparency, creative direction, and company mission. You will wear multiple hats that range from “internship” to “entry-level” and asked to work both overtime/holidays/weekends/odd hours with little reward. Tedious tasks with little purpose regarding ROI.
