I've been with Gargle as VP of Digital Products & Marketing, and I can honestly say this is one of the best professional experiences of my career. The team is sharp, driven, and fun to be around, which makes a real difference. There's a clear vision for where the company is going, and leaders communicate it openly and consistently. You don't feel like you're in the dark about decisions — you feel like part of the direction. Work-life balance is something I've been pleasantly surprised by. There's high accountability here, but also real respect for people's time and lives outside of work. That balance is rare and it doesn't go unnoticed.
