Pros
Remote workplace is a positive but it's truly hard to think of much else.
Cons
The company continues to fail to receive funding and the business model is a failure. Customers hate the subscription model and the CEO does false advertising. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Kelby does not see what you're growing, even though their ads continually say it does. Micromanagement is insane. The CEO doesn't listen to customers, perseverates on words in marketing materials, and hires smart people to tell them what to do. He should be focused on fixing the business model, listening to customers, and listening to the smart people they hire. They've gone through their entire marketing and product org multiple times because he refuses to allow them drive. The pay is not competitive and the very small stock grants will likely be worthless.
