Very unfair employer and uses harsh tactics - Collection Analyst GardaWorld Cash Employee Review

Our department, collections was instrumental in bringing the Accounts receivable aging to a more positive condition. There was very little collections prior to my boss and myself coming on board in 2011. Everyone worked hard on accounts and we gave it our all, When the new CFO was hired he assured our department that we were all indispensable , Notwithstanding he proceeded to fire my boss and myself not long after that group announcement, I had even had a raise in pay during the first year, So their action was cruel and very unfair employer practice and the public should know this,
