There are none. DO NOT sign on with this company/group. They are in the real estate business, not the car business. IMO they are buying up property and franchises with the intention of selling to a large conglomerate. I have been in and around the business for 15+ years and the process they have in place is counter productive.

How would you feel about being required to make no less than 30 phone calls from the day you are on the floor to service customers? I was OK until I was more often than not yelled at by customers that have been called multiple times within 90 days. They have a serious problem coming up with payoffs and registrations in a timely manner. VERY often a temporary tag expires or a payoff of a traded in vehicle is not made in a timely manner creating unnecessary work for everyone in the sales force and frustration for customers.
