-Management is a very lacking and incompetent. -Nothing is the fault of design even though products don't meet applicable codes from the plant. -Management is constantly trying to cut cost from employees to boost their bonuses. -Everything is the fault of low level employee even though poor scheduling from management causes most delays in the field. -Working environment is extremely toxic due to the management employee relationship. - Company culture doesn't facilitate open and honest conversation to improve process or product.
