      Pension, Subsidized Canteen, Annual Bonus (Normally 13th check paid 50% in Dec and 50% in March), Culture rich environment, Awesome staff

      HR biggest red flag They can't pay salaries on time They will sell you their company under false pretense Poor leadership they don't know what they are doing Mismanagement of funds Across the board You will be paying for your own food and coffee there's free staff services hence they make money off their employees Personal Affairs/relationships happening throughout the organisation
