      It really depends on the team and leadership, but the company could be a little more forward-thinking with remote vs in-office mandates.

      Great interesting work. Lots of smart capable leaders that encourage innovation and exploration.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
