      Pay used to be competitive, now it is insulting

      Cons

      This place is going down hill very fast, too much work load from heavy layoffs, impossible deadlines, reduced pay (like 50,000$ less a year for new hires in same roll), no more hybrid work unless you are upper management, only upper management has unlimited PTO. The new CEO has ruined gap inc

      Pros

      Great interesting work. Lots of smart capable leaders that encourage innovation and exploration.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
