Pros
I just completed my 8 year anniversary. If I experienced everything I read on this site, I would not still be here today. The people I work with are fantastic, whether in management, a sales rep, or in the office. They would do anything to help anyone succeed. Stays on top of product trends, always looking for the next best item. As in all companies, there are goals and expectations. A lot of what I read here, leads me to believe these disgruntled ex-employees, weren't doing their job and decide to bash the company. I've witnessed reps, take a very low volume territory and turn it into an amazing top territory because of work ethic. I've also watched reps be let go, because they choose to not give any effort after management tried helping them. This is sales, your success depends on you and no one else. Your commission will be reflective of your effort. You will not have a large commission of you don't sell, which is what these ex-employees wanted. If you put forth the effort, and achieve success, you will be rewarded and it will show in your paycheck. My work and home life is balanced, because I make it happen. This company has a lot of seasoned veterans who have been with the company from 10-25 years. Yes there is turnover, either the right person wasn't hired or that person didn't put forth the effort. Training is very thorough by dsm; rsm and even dos. You are given the tools to succeed.
