Pros

Paid on time; base salary is nice (but minimal - around $8-10.00/hour), but 60 hour work weeks not uncommon (and expected of you).

Cons

Company reps under 1 year make 1/2 the salary & commission of reps 2 years and up. I was pulling in the sane numbers snd dollars for this company & receiving only 1/2 the pay as older reps. New commission structure is insulting; commissions reduced to 1/2 of what they were and only receive those commissions after you "ship" $10,000.00 (and don't receive commissions on that 1st $10,000.00. New account compensation has been reduced dramatically - a total insult when expected to open two new accounts every week! "Expense" compensation per month is a joke - barely pays for your gas; oil changes, tires, repairs are at your expense.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
