Pros

Not very many, but sales meetings can be held at some nice locations. Most of the people who work for the company are very nice.

Cons

Company has unrealistic expectations and all sales reps are required to meet the same quotas even though every territory is different. They put a lot of pressure on employees to meet numbers and your job is not safe if you don't meet quotas. Micro-managing.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
