Wide variety of products to sell from. Large territory with little supervision.
Cons
Most large accounts are given to the District Manager. You are sent and charged for samples on a regular basis regardless of want or need. Decisions made by management are not shared with team until after the team hears things through trial and errorr or the grapevine. You are told to sell moreto the retailers in a somewhat deceptive manner.
