Pros

- Hours are great - no real overtime - Recently added lounge areas with TVs and game consoles

Cons

- Departments fight with each other instead of working to make a better product - Benefits are poor - Pay is relatively low - Projects are constantly launched into production without a preproduction phase which always leads to massive amount of reworked content and headaches. Nobody appears to be learning this lesson. - Entire games have been designed on little more than "it's a social game" leading to discoveries a year in that there is no real "game" component to the game we're making. The end result of this was clumsily tacking minigames onto the main game and calling it a day.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
