Very little structure or strategic thinking in marketing – decisions often feel reactive rather than planned. Poor communication and unrealistic expectations contribute to a culture of blame rather than support. Employee well-being is not a genuine priority; instead, there is a subtle pressure to sacrifice mental health for appearances.
