Really the only pro at the Long Beach location specifically is that the porter Daniel was cool as hell

YOU DO NOT MAKE MONEY HERE your first 4 cars that you sell are not payed!!! They make you do everything and the managers are completely useless and beyond rude especially Cinthia. The company doesn’t bring in any clients they expect you to spend hundreds of dollars of your OWN MONEY to promote on social media and get your own clients. Their training is completely useless and doesn’t prepare you for the job at all they just throw you in on your first day and expect you to know everything. They also do so much illegal stuff like take fake IDs, fake income records, fake proof of residence and employment, they scam people by not telling them their payments and getting people into cars they can’t afford.(they teach you how to do all these illegal things btw)They won’t get you your sales license they’ll just have you forge the managers signature before you sell a car. The manager Cinthia will also mess with the time sheet and puts that you work less hours than you actually do. On my last 2 weeks I sold 5 cars and 4 of them were completely undrivable after only 1 week of the customer owning it, my first car I sold the customer called us back ONLY 30 MINUTES AFTER buying the car because his whole transmission blew up and had to get replaced. Even if you don’t care about the customers the company makes you use your personal phone to call clients so they keep on harassing you until you help them. And if you are thinking that it can’t be that bad and I’m overreacting or I was a bad worker they had 4 different teams quit in only 3 months before I got hired.(each team has like 4-5 salesman). The Long Beach location is completely horrible and all the other locations are pretty much the same please saver your time and find another job.
