      Pros

      The work was great and my team was amazing. The pay and benefits were also great. Working my way up to Managing Editor from Freelance Writer was amazing.

      Cons

      The direction from management on how to improve was poor. Mass layoffs over email with no warning and no way to discuss further options sucked.
