Cons
-Layoffs WILL happen. In my short time at GAMURS, there were multiple teams laid off. In fact, everyone that was on my team previously has been laid off since I last worked there. Right before I left, there was a huge push for managers to hire contractors internationally so that they could get a higher output of articles at a cheaper rate. -They do not care about you as an individual. You are a number to them and the second you aren't what they're looking for, they will fire you and look for someone new. -Cannot trust what management says. Before I was laid off, I was told "The company is doing very well. No massive layoffs are coming." A week later, almost everyone on The Escapist was laid off. And then a few weeks later, myself and others on my team were laid off too.
