      Good working environment. Good exposure for freshers to learn technical as well as managing skills.

      Cons

      Appraisals and promotions are not based on performance but instead on how much time you are ready to give for a company (And they are irrespective of how efficient you are or what is your work output)

      nothing there to speak about the pros of this company, they never treat engineer as an engineer always labour is equal to the engineer in the company

      Cons

      no work life balance no salary in time no holidays 24* 365 No one isready to hear our concerns physical and mental harrasment
