company is going downwards day by day. there is no perks you get here. cheap politics, day by day people leaving shows what staff retention they have.
Cons
hiring process is not smooth. people leaving are treated inhumanly. you will be forced to submit the laptop immediately. your email ids will be deleted immediately. it feels like you have done some crime. no one is there to proper guide you. people are forced to leave the company if you dont listen to three people.
