      They will pay you in good standing with a decent wage on time.

      Cons

      You may have to travel far to another job site and if you don’t have vehicle you may have to rely on public transportation like Metra or Cta/Rta. Maybe even Lyft/Uber.

      They changed the shifts, even after you already claimed it No structure doesn’t follow Illinois work laws The people barely speak English It’s no real structure just to fill a position no training or anything established for you to have a better understanding on how to do your job successfully
