      You will get easily selected for any job role.

      Cons

      They hold your salary. Due to rotational week off some time you have to work twelve days continuesly. Hr is not good she don't release you easily. They will mark you abscond. You have to do over time some time. Every month they make mistakes in my salary and Every time i have to told them about it.

      Pros

      no pressure ..liberal management...if u just need a job u can join..u can be able to use your time on ur own. self motivated people can use to the utmost efficiency.

      Cons

      no learning poor management no respect no hike poor policies u will be forced to be stay back u will be not utulised to ur skillset
