      None, absolutely none, really struggling to think of something but nope, nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      My God where do I start? Very poor pay, very long hours. The attitude of one of the office staff was horrendous and talked to you as if you were scum as if she was the MD. Turned out she was just incompetent and liked to pass the buck to hide her considerable short falls. Back stabbing blame culture prevails but probably not for much longer. Senior management are spineless.

      Pros

      A diverse working environment where the emphasises on the growth of Engineer’s Skill is greater than the business interest. Gamidor is always there to support the engineer in any situation even if it is in-front of the customer. I have always witnessed the company being flexible and accommodating in personal situations. The focus over mental health and well-being is greater than any company I have worked at previously before.

      Cons

      Gamidor is not a place for freeloaders and people who consider themselves privileged just by being skilled. It is a competitive working environment where if you can not strive you can not survive.
