Pros
You almost get paid as much as the industry standard, which is a tall ask in the games industry. And you will find a few good people scattered across teams.
Cons
No standard work hours, Unpaid over time is the norm.
No processes or workflows set, if you try to do things according to industry standards you are insulted, humiliated. Nobody has any idea what they are doing for work, they just survive the day to come back in tomorrow. If the same set of tasks or problems is presented to them again a month later they will have no idea what they are doing and will start from scratch. You will never be promoted in this company unless you find a replacement for yourself. That is why the upper management is stacked and no one is going to make room for you. Take a job here if you dont have anything else going on in your life but otherwise just pass on an opportunity from here to preserve your sanity and self respect.
