Pros
- relative stability of the position (unless because of restructuring, it is highly unlikely to be fired, even if the employee is incompetent) - good benefits - excellent team-mates
Cons
- lack of structural organization - the employee evaluation system is a joke (in the end, even if you have proven exceptional, the rewards are the same for all employees) - no career plan for the employees - the salaries depend on age (not experience or achievements) - very poor intra-departamental communication
