Pros

The only positive aspect was the team, which was diverse and inclusive, with people from all over the world.

Cons

Exploitative company that preys on young professionals with low pay and no benefits. Management is both ineffective and dismissive, fostering a negative culture of constant micromanagement and lack of appreciation for employees. There’s no room for growth, either in career development or salary. The high turnover rate speaks for itself. Additionally, the business practices often feel shady and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend working here. Work hours were regularly disrespected, with employees expected to work overtime and weekends for anything deemed "urgent". There was no proper onboarding process, and feedback was consistently vague—criticisms were given without any guidance on how to improve.

Pros

It was remote, Great colleagues

Cons

Working at this company was a frustrating experience. There’s constant micromanagement across almost every department, no matter your level of experience. It’s clear that leadership doesn’t actually trust their team to do the jobs they were hired for. Most people are underpaid and end up feeling taken advantage of. The company culture is toxic — upper management rarely listens to feedback or ideas, but they’re quick to blame when something goes wrong. There’s a general lack of basic respect, even in everyday communication. “Please” and “thank you” are rare. Feedback is mostly negative and often makes you feel stupid rather than supported. Even when something is marked as urgent, it can take days or weeks for managers to review the work or give proper feedback. Communication is all over the place, and expectations are unclear. Unsurprisingly, there’s a high turnover — once people realize how bad things are, they try to leave as fast as they can.

Pros

Being in a small company allowed me to take on responsibilities outside my role, which helped me grow professionally. The industry is dynamic, friendly, and full of opportunities to learn.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company culture is strongly influenced by a top-down management style that leaves little room for autonomy or constructive feedback. The cause behind this is the CEO, who micromanages every aspect of the business and has created a culture of control and fear. Feedback is ignored, there’s no HR to support employees, and some remote workers are subjected to invasive tracking tools. The company’s internal tools are designed more for monitoring than for actual productivity. Most of the stress doesn’t come from the job itself, but from trying to work around someone who constantly creates unnecessary obstacles and makes you feel dependent. It’s not a healthy environment, and it’s not sustainable in the long term. While the work itself can be rewarding, this management approach takes that feeling away and significantly impacts your overall working experience.
