Pros
The product that you will work on has almost unlimited potential, the whole team is remote across the globe, so everyone has the same work / timezone balance. I can only recommend this place for the potential of the product.
Cons
Very slow process for almost anything, development takes a very long time for even the smallest of things. Adding new ideas seems very impossible, and most of the time you don't really know what you should focus on. The active team is focused on one thing and one thing only. So don't expect much freedom here even if it is a startup. The vision of the company is clouded by gut feelings and not a lot of data / stats. There are also issues with funding so it's a bit uncertain how long your employement could last.
