Dear Anonymous Former Employee Let me begin by highlighting that the Company had to let go of you for gross negligence and incompetence exhibited over and over again. In ~12 months of work in data science, your contribution was nothing short of a disaster. As a Company we take employee terminations very very very seriously. But unfortunately in your case, despite many opportunities including the opportunity you had to directly work under the mentorship with the COO and Head of Analytics, we did not see any iota of improvement. You are referring to Company calling you in non-business hours. As a matter of fact, your utter negligence had to be salvaged by our CTO burning his mid-night oil and pulling off something in 1 day that took you over 3 months with no output. Such incompetence is something Gamechange has not witnessed in over 5 years of its operation before you were terminated. Your emotional outpour is understandable; and we wish you well. But unfortunately we could not carry your incompetent weight any longer after giving you opportunities for almost 12 months.
