Pros

If you work 80-90 hours a week and weekends you can make good money

Cons

Company is growing but the changes are not being implemented in an organized pace. Everything is action first and plan second. The company likes to cheerlead, but really it’s all about bottom dollar and making it look good instead of about the employees. The sales department will take the grunt of hits and risks and technically should be titled as independent contractors. I would not recommend at all unless you are a single person without a social life. Do not raise your voice or opinion on any matter because it falls on deaf ears.

Pros

The company has strong leadership that creates a positive, fun and supportive culture. The senior leaders provide direction while also empowering employees to work independently. It's a great feeling to be able to take initiative, own projects and contribute ideas that make a real impact.impact. The environment is fast-paced, which is exciting. No day is the same but there can be stressful periods and high expectations to deliver results quickly.
