      Pros

      Good benefits & pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Worst executive management I've ever dealt with. Wants to push through a new ERP system whether it works or not. More trouble is on the horizon. Substandard accounting practices, general attitude of "not my problem", and worst of all no one is accountable for their jobs. General attitude from upper management is not caring which affects everyone. If upper management doesn't care, why should they? Too bad. The company can do great things.

      Progressive company which seeks to be #1 in every aspect of business and industry and has the will and determination to see it through.

      Cons

      Privately owned by an investment company which may divest groups or sell outright to unknown concerns.

      Pros

      Standard large company benefits package. Nice location to the west of town. New offices are well designed. If you have a degree and are male you can do well here.

      Cons

      Boys club - without a degree forget about advancement. Company has had major difficulties with FDA compliance. Communication & common goals between USA & Italy & Sweden are non effective.
