Standard large company benefits package. Nice location to the west of town. New offices are well designed. If you have a degree and are male you can do well here.

Boys club - without a degree forget about advancement. Company has had major difficulties with FDA compliance. Communication & common goals between USA & Italy & Sweden are non effective.
