Pros

Salary meets industry averages but that’s it Otherwise there are no pros

Cons

Avoid this horrible place! Not a charity it’s a CON. They are funded by the industry and DO NOT campaign against gambling. And for the working culture? A rare find in the charity world, but it’s a nightmarishly bleak, suffocatingly corporate hell hole. The leadership team are not to be taken seriously and there is a culture of bullying throughout the organisation. There are some genuinely bad people in the leadership team. Bullies. Under qualified bullies at that. Avoid avoid avoid - especially to anyone early on in their careers. It will ruin you.
