You will learn a lot—only because if you show an ounce of competency you will quickly find yourself doing things you did not sign up for. Don’t expect to be compensated for those extra duties either.
Cons
People who work here only do so because either they got laid off and are here to make rent until a new offer comes along, or they just graduated college and this was the only thing they could find. As a result, everyone’s miserable. At any work event expect to hear multiple people talking about how much they want to leave. Nobody’s being compensated fairly, promotions and raises barely happen, if they do at all. “Management” is just a bunch of burnt out, incompetent people. Most times, they’re not even professional. An employee harassed another employee and she received no repercussions, and that’s just one example out of many.
