Pros
An American based, Michigan company located in the Detroit-area. Nuwave-Solutions offers protective coatings for metal, welding joints and other applications that last for years versus months. Just ask the repeat customers, a high quality product and a high quality company with the customer as their main focus.
Cons
The only con is when a past employer attempts to teach you that "The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will". This is a business that has been around since 2000 and will be here to stay. There is nothing negative that I can say about working for this company. Has been a great ride so far.
