The pay and benefits are decent. There is never a shortage of work to be done. Overall the company is laid back and the co-workers are good.

Long days and lots of work to do. Not enough people for the amount of work to be done and hiring new people is only an option when people leave. There is a lot of turnover, since people get worked to death then realize there is not much room for advancement in such a small company.
