Pros
Nothing to explain good about working with.
Cons
They don't care about the employees..not even salary cycle , Claim cycle and even PF is settled down until you take a strong stand like stopping your work totally..
They will call and mail you continuously until you join as their employees leaves the job by getting irritated...
Once you joined, and got any issue with salary or anything in which you need support from company they will just ignore your mail's...and even if replied that doesn't mean they will fulfill their commitments committed over mail..
So, please think before joining...
