      Pros

      Really enjoyed the day in day out challenges. Thought leadership was focused and competent and really enjoyed collaborating with them.

      Cons

      Low pay relative to the markets. Bonus were never paid out and 401k match was non-existent. I think folks were really attached the mission of their job, supporting public safety, and because of that employees were fiercely loyal.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
