      Able to work in a great environment/culture. Love having the opportunity to change lives and being a positive impact. Enjoy working a partially hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Tight Deadlines. Constant need to adapt to changing priorities. Implement more team-wide recognition and acknowledgement.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
