It's a job, and that's about it.

Cons

New rules, work procedures & expectations being added regularly. Increases in micromanagement. Leadership is beginning squeeze workers for an increase in productivity (110 units/hour to 140 units/hour, 37% increase). Reduction of OT to the point of non-existence. Absolute refusal to increase wages or benefits from leadership.

Pros

-As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

Cons

The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
