      Pros

      No weekends or evenings and most holidays off.

      Cons

      no pay increases for years, upper management only cares about profit and forgets about branch staff unless something goes wrong, poor benefits, depressing work environment, disorganized, no incentive to perform well

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
