Pros
Good Work / Life balance, Employee discount through Galls website, Ability to work hybrid or remote for many positions, managers can get rich off bonuses.
Cons
If you're used to 3%+ cost of living pay increases get used to half of that (or less), health insurance is horrible, regular corporate training modules, communication amongst the layers of management to those that actually do the work is extremely poor and things always change last minute, get used to corporate buzzwords (I am now traumatized by phrases like "pivot away from" and "we should a/b test that").
