      Pros

      I have been very fortunate to have a long and evolving career at Galls. I have stayed here for so long because I have had supportive leaders that have encouraged and supported me as I continued to grow and evolve my career. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, which is huge for me because the people you work with make all the difference and help support you through the more challenging times. It is nice to work for a company with a strong mission of serving those that are responsible for protecting our communities.

      Cons

      Intense continual project work across the company in all areas while helping support the company to continue to grow can get overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
