Pros

The company owns franchises for a few good brands, BMW ect., pay can be OK, not the best this industry can offer. Benefits are on-par with similar companies in this industry. One of the nicer facilities I've worked in.

Cons

Poor upper management. No consideration for personal time, it is expected to sacrifice your personal time off for the betterment of the company on a regular basis. There seems to be a lack of commitment to a plan, moving in several sometimes contradictory directions. This company has burned through several top end employees in all departments. There is absolutely NO TRAINING for any position. Be prepared to try to figure things out as you go along with no formal on-boarding program. We've hired employees with no desks, phones or necessary log-on credentials. Sometimes it took over a week to get someone a place to even sit down to work. Everything is done off the cuff with little forethought and planning.

Pros

Gallery is an ideal company for those looking to build their resume and learn about the automotive industry. I think that overall they are making great strides to try to create work life balance for employees and be progressive. I have a great manager who allows me to sit in a dynamic role and try new things. I love that every day is different. They have a great group of employees who are truly invested in the company and cares about the future of the business. I don't think this work goes unnoticed, and the company values those who work hard for them.

Cons

Sometimes its tough that each store does not have a designated "corporate office." Communication between departments could improve.
