Pros

The entire company has a great culture, so much room to grow, and there is no micro- management within the company. It is great for experience and promotes an overall great agency feel and aesthetic. You have the room to learn and grow in your professional career and the management is also very supportive in your decision making. I was extremely hands on in my position in regards to client relations and campaign strategy. I highly recommend working here if you’re looking for professional experience and overall growth in your career.

Cons

There are no cons that come to mind. Awesome place to learn and grow on a professional standpoint.

Pros

The flexibility and hours are great. Also, everyone on the team is top-notch with their work ethic. Brandy does a great job at making sure her staff is happy and utilizing their skills while also making sure the company is prospering. Overall, Gallant is a great place to learn and hone your skills while also being part of a team that's really making a difference.

Cons

Plenty of work is done remotely which can make communication difficult. The onboarding and training for new employees need a bit of improvement.
