Gallagher ruined the executive search function - Senior Consultant Gallagher MSA Search Employee Review

Questionable leadership, particularly from the Gallagher conglomerate. Poor benefits, especially from such a large company. Horrible HR policies/leadership/lack of accountability. They do EE opinion surveys yet take no action when the results are terrible. Zero diversity and no capital to improve this. I left a few years ago, so I do hope some of these issues have improved.
