Arthur J. Gallagher / Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. is an awesome place to work. I have been employed for 25+ years and have held many different positions. The opportunity for growth and challenges is never ending! Every day I feel productive and more knowledgeable, which leads to my confidence.
Cons
I have thought hard on how to address this section. I really can't think of anything that would be considered a "con" for working at AJG/GB. Even in my journey on a personal level, they have stood by me and lifted me up to get thru some of the toughest times thru my life's journey.
