There are a lot of resources for producers to help gain and service new clients. Leadership listens to challenges and works to help where possible and is finding ways to help maximize revenue for us in this soft market.

The latest acquisition has shrunken the pool of available prospects. With so much overlap in pipelines, we will be competing against each other for new clients than other agencies.

Toxic management, limited leadership oversight, weak organizational structure, minimal career mobility, inconsistent support on accounts, unclear expectations, excessive bureaucracy, heavy reliance on overseas support, and a culture that encourages burnout with little operational relief.
